Co-Founder & CEO

Daniel Rivera is the CEO and CO-Founder of Westbuilt Properties.  William and Daniel founded Westbuilt Properties after purchasing their first investment property in Philadelphia.  Prior to Westbuilt Properties Daniel was the operations manager at a transportation company.  In 14 years, Daniel was able to grow the transportation company from an 11 car company to a 30 car operation.

Bill Lowe

Co-Founder & COO

William Lowe is the COO and CO-Founder of Westbuilt Properties.  His prior experience includes public accounting, acquisitions, mergers and investor relations with some of the largest real estate acquisition firms in Philadelphia.  With leadership roles in all his prior endeavors William now uses his experience to manage all of Westbuilt Propertie’s finances and the administrative functions of the company.
